Job Description


ABOUT YOUR ROLE
: To ensure that customers are satisfied with the product, and build profitable customer relationships by maintaining a link between customers and the organization.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Receive the orders from Central orders desk.
  • Process sales order so that customer orders are dispatched.
  • To maintain daily KPI's of orders.
  • Receive technical pack from RBO's.
  • Coordinate with GPD for new item setup & pricing.
  • Send email to graphics for layout making and PR department for proofread.
  • Upload variable data on our online system as per order form received from customers.
  • Releasing the variable data on our online system as per order form received from customers.
  • Release and Batch customer online orders, Download the layouts PDF and caps sheet.
  • Book orders in ORACLE system and get sales order number.
  • Send order to PPC/Production department within an hour for initiating production process (timeline may vary depending upon the order status).
  • Meanwhile send Proforma invoice to CFE accordingly to the PPC given promise dates, Except for agreed lead time orders, PI can be shared after booking, as a confirmation that we have preceded the order in production.
  • Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, in case of any discrepancies.
  • Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date records to track the status of not process orders.

CENTRAL ORDER DESK (COD):

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Receive the orders on Central orders desk ([email protected]) ID.
  • Maintain the Batch file & KPI.
  • Update KPI, allocating BATCH and distribution of Orders to OM equally as per workload.
  • Run the VIPS Import report from Oracle for new orders.
  • Retrieve the data from TRIM FOR WINDOWS (TFW), and run the Trim Import report from Oracle for new Orders.
  • PULL the SIPS data once notification hits on RBIS ID.


Qualifications


EDUCATION , EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Graduation Degree. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of product and technical information
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good IQ & EQ
  • Analytical Skills, Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
